When can I expect my items to be delivered?
Items that are in stock in our distribution centre will show Next Day Dispatch and will be sent on the next business day. Other items may take longer and this will be indicated with a lead time and/or you we will update you once we receive your order. Please note that times will vary depending on where we need to source the product from, eg. Europe, and whether there are any bespoke requirements.
Once an item has been dispatched you can expect to receive it, or have it available for collection, within approximately 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order is on its way you will receive a tracking link (for Delivery orders) or an SMS (for Click & Collect orders).
Where are your Mico stores located?
